Rachael Torcasio is Holistic Psychologist, with an interest in depth, transpersonal + eco psychology. She is also a Shamanic Ceremonialist + Spirit Worker. Her training + ongoing mentorship is with Sharon Bolt. Rachael’s Ceremonial offerings are inspired by + with gratitude for these teachings.

Rachael takes pride in her “raw, real” therapeutic approach with clients. She has a passion for working with women on identity, self-worth, embodiment, dating, relationships, trauma, intuition, spirituality + Soul. Rachael supports women to cultivate a healthy relationship with themselves + align with their Souls true path/purpose. Via one-on-one sessions or Women’s circles + Ceremony.

Rachael supports you to develop a deeper understanding of how your early experiences (trauma, abuse, neglect + unmet needs) play a role in shaping your personality, beliefs, emotions, relationships, behaviours + loss of Soul. She is passionate about working with those who are devoted to their inner work, personal growth + those navigating loss, life transitions, “rebirths” + aligning with Soul.

Rachael is LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional relationship friendly. She does not provide couples or family counselling and is no longer accepting new child or adolescent referrals.
